Most of us know the song, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, and some of us also know the adaptation that the Mad Hatter sings in Alice in Wonderland. Now we have a new version to learn that combines Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and the ABC song so that young children are given the opportunity to explore “Just how silly can you get?”
Off we go on a wild romp through the alphabet. We climb, we fly on the backs of birds, we hop, and we jump. We dance with a cow, and we sing. Then, as if that isn’t enough, we walk a tight rope, play a banjo, and pretend that we are trees. Finally the light fades, the stars come out, and it is time to settle down for nice long….zzzzzz
Children are going to love this delightfully energetic rhyming, bookish, ABC adventure, which will surely become a family favorite.
