Before she can even begin implementing her plan however, Chamomile has to overcome her parent’s unwillingness to allow her to become a gardener. After all, princesses don’t usually participate in activities that involve getting dirty and her parents are not sure that their little daughter’s wish is appropriate for someone in her position.

Chamomile’s parents are no match for their determined little mouse girl though and soon enough Chamomile and a small army of helpers are creating a beautiful and unique garden which is a gift to everyone in her life.

Any child would delight in Chamomile’s garden, wishing that they to could have such a play-place. With Susan Varley’s bright watercolor illustrations, this lovely picture book will inspire all kinds of gardening ideas
