There are certain games that little children like to play again and again and again. One of these is peek-a-boo. Adults often tire of the game before their little companions do, which is why this book is such a treat. With this book in hand little children can play peek-a-boo to their heart’s content, with or without a grownup.

When they open this book children will find a page that is covered with black and orange stripes. There is a hole cut in the center of the page which they can look through. If they do this they will see that the black and orange stripes continue on the following page. When they turn the page children will see that what they were looking at through the peek-a-boo hole was a tiger cub, and it is playing with a ball.

Further along in the book there is a page that is covered with pictures of feathers. We see more feathers through the peek-a-boo hole in the page. When we turn the page we discover that these feathers belong on the head of a cockatoo.

In all little children will meet four zoo animals in this peek-a-boo title, and they will enjoy trying to guess what animal is next. They will also enjoy seeing the little surprise that the author created for them on the last pages.
