We are going to explore ten dynamic and vivid pop-up art sculptures. On each one there is a red dot hidden somewhere. Sometimes the dot is easy to see and sometimes it is hidden in a very clever way indeed. Among other things there is a “puzzle box,” two “twisting twirly gigs,” and five “wiggle-wobble widgets.”

This is a both a pop-up and a counting book, and it is an extraordinary example of what a paper artist can do when he or she has a lot of imagination and a unique sense of style. Small children will wonder at the dynamic elements of the pop-ups and at the wonderful, often funny, names that the author has given his creations.
