Fourteen-year-old Georgia Nicolson is very upset. She finally has a ‘real’ boyfriend whom she adores and now her parents are talking about moving the family to “Kiwi-a-gogo land” - New Zealand – in the near future. How can they do such an awful thing to her? How can they let their “selfishocity” destroy her life?

Thankfully, the whole plan falls through when Georgia’s father has his shoes blown off by a New Zealand geyser. What a relief! Now Georgia can look forward to snogging her boyfriend Robbie the Sex God as much as she likes. Unfortunately, things do not work out as Georgia hoped. In fact, something catastrophic happens. Robbie decides that Georgia is too young for him, and he breaks up with her. To say that Georgia is furious is an understatement. Georgia decides that she going to show Robbie how wrong he was about her. She is going to show him how mature and womanly she is. She will have a fling with someone else to show Robbie how desirable people find her. Surely when he sees how “fabbity-fab-fab” she is he will come back to her.

In this hilarious sequel to Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging Louise Rennison continues the deliciously funny tale of Georgia Nicolson, a self-absorbed British teenager who truly thinks that the world revolves around her. When people don’t give her the attention she thinks she deserves, Georgia gets annoyed. At the same time she can’t be bothered to support her nearest and dearest in their times of trouble. Instead, she worries about the size of her nose, the size of her “basoomas,” and other matters of great importance. In spite of all this, Georgia is thoroughly loveable, and readers will be hard pressed not to laugh out loud as they read this entertaining story.
