The stars are out, it is late, and all the animals in the house are in their night attire. Eyelids are drooping, Racoon is yawning, and Reindeer announces that it is time for bed. Off they all troop, and Reindeer wearily climbs into the first bed he finds. There is only one problem. The bed belongs to Raccoon.

Next, Reindeer climbs into the top bunk of what is admittedly a rather small bunk bed. Surely this cannot be right. It turns out that this bed doesn’t belong to Reindeer either. Mole and Mole sleep here, and soon they are snug under the covers and fast asleep.

Maybe the hammock beds Reindeer climbs into next are the right beds for him, but no. This is where Mouse and Mouse sleep. Poor Reindeer is getting more and more tired.

With pages that fold out, and wonderfully colorful illustrations, this book is perfect for bedtime. Children will enjoy trying to figure out whose bed belongs to whom, and they will be rooting for poor Reindeer, who is not having much luck finding his bed.
