The world is full of wonderful colors and now Maisy Mouse, that most excellent of mice, is going to help little children to get familiar with some of these colors.

We begin with Maisy herself and she introduces us to the word and color red. We see a picture of Maisy who is sitting down and showing off some red apples, which we are told she loves because they are “so juicy and so good.”

Next we see Tallulah and she is showing us her favorite food, which just happens to be oranges. Charley the alligator is partial to yellow bananas, and Cyril the squirrel likes green pears. What are Maisy and her friends going to do with all these fruits, and what does Eddie the elephant like to snack on?

Little children are going to enjoy this delightful Maisy concept book. With bright childlike artwork and wonderful animal characters, this is a perfect title to share with a child who is learning his or her colors.
