Little Witch is a very busy little person. She has to run errands and do chores just like the rest of us. Of course, she gets around on a broom and not in a car, and she does take time to have some fun too. She likes to make music with the Music Witch, and likes to cook with the Kitchen Witch. She visits with her witchy friends and is glad to help them when they are having problems. They in turn enjoy doing things for their young friend, and are happy to plan a birthday party for her.

In this large format board book children get to explore six detail-packed scenes with Little Witch. Around the border of the artwork on each spread there are labeled pictures of objects that can be found in the illustrations, and children will have a grand time looking for these objects in the scene.

For example, in the first scene we see Little Witch coming to do her shopping at the witch shop. Around the edges of the pages there are pictures of all kinds of things including a cat, a pot, a basket,  a loaf of bread, some books, a hat, a cake, and cans of cat food. All these objects appear in the artwork somewhere and we have to find them. Some of them are easy to find, while others are a little tricky.

Other scenes in the book show Little Witch visiting a clothes shop, visiting her friends who are the train station, and we also see Little Witch using some excellent spells to make a wide variety of tasty looking dishes with the Kitchen Witch.

Children who like seek-and-find titles are going to enjoy exploring this book. They will also enjoy learning the names of the objects that they have to find, and will soon become familiar with the words.
