Bubba, Rollo and Pog are three very different teddy bears. Bubba is big and tough, Rollo is round and greedy, and Pog is small and nervous. Today the three friends are going into the woods for a walk and they are taking a packed lunch with them. The teddies haven't gone far when Pog starts to worry that they are lost and Rollo starts to talk about having something to eat. Bubba reassures Pog and tells Rollo that it most certainly is not time for a snack yet; they need to keep going.

This state of affairs gets worse and worse with Pog becoming more and more worried that they are lost and that wolves are going to eat them and with Rollo insisting that it is time for them to have some food.

It just so happens that Pog is not wrong, there are indeed wolves in the forest, or at least there is one wolf and this particular wolf is very partial to eating teddy bears. With the wolf on their trail the teddies go deeper and deeper into the woods until... Pog's worst fears come to pass and the wolf catches up with them.

This wonderful story will delight teddy bear aficionados of all ages who will enjoy the outcome of the chase through the woods and the surprising finale. Atmospheric illustrations capture the gloom of the forest the thrill of the unexpected ending.
