The owner of the old house has called in the doctor. He tells the doctor, and us, that he isn’t feeling very well, and as we all walk through the house we cannot help noticing that the house is rather peculiar. There are bizarre creatures in every room, and we are sure that there are eyes watching us; there are weird foods in the kitchen and something with long tentacles seems to be living in the bathtub. There even appear to be spooks of various kinds inhabiting the place. No, there can be no doubt that this is a decidedly spooky house, and maybe it is time to leave before something unfortunate happens!
With lots of flaps to lift, tabs to pull, dials to turn, and pop-ups to explore, this book will keep youngsters entertained for a good while before they too are ready to leave this haunted house and all the weird and creepy things that live in it. A simple text leaves the reader with plenty of room to imagine what might be, adding to the mystery of the house and its secrets.
