One morning Fly Guy is having a snack in Buzz’s backpack. Not knowing that Fly Guy is there, Buzz accidentally take Fly Guy to school with him. At school, Buzz’s teacher announces that the class is going on a field trip to tour a factory. Buzz invites Fly Guy to go with them, and Fly Guy travels to the factory inside Buzz’s pocket.
It is only when they get to their destination that Buzz and his little pal discover that the factory they are visiting makes flyswatters! What a terrible place to take a pet fly! Soon what should have been an interesting field trip turns into a nightmare.
In this amusing Fly Guy title, Tedd Arnold takes his readers on a memorable journey that is funny and that has the perfect ending. Children will cheer when they see how Fly Guy deals with a potentially fatal situation.
This is one in a series of early chapter books for beginner readers that are about Fly Guy and Buzz.
