Holly knows that it is about time for her to write her Christmas list. There are not that many days left until Christmas and she knows that Santa needs to get her list in good time, and yet Holly can't seem to make herself leave her list by the fireplace. What she wants is rather unusual and she cannot help worrying that perhaps her request is just too much for Santa. So, to give her time to get up her courage, Holly decides to write to Santa to ask him a little bit about his world and his life.
Of course Holly is delighted when Santa writes back to her and the two exchange several letters. Not only does he reply to her letters, but Santa also sends Holly little treats with his replies. In each letter Santa reminds Holly that she needs to send him her list. Santa's chief elf, Errol is getting more than a little annoyed with her for not sending Santa her list. What is it that Holly wants and why is she so afraid to ask for it? Will she find the courage to put out her list before it is too late?
