Today Baby is going to spend some time with some new friends. There are “many new faces” and Baby is going to learn how to get along with others in a preschool setting. Baby learns that it is important to share a smile with new friends. Later Baby is asked to share a tambourine with another child who wants to play with it. When the children start painting they make quite a mess and Baby is asked if he can help with the cleanup, which of course he can.
In this simple get thoughtful novelty board book, the author explores what it means to be a good friend. Little children will see how Baby is friendly, how he shares, and how he helps others. A die cut hole in the book contains Baby’s little face, which can be turned to show a happy expression or a sad one. Children will enjoy making Baby smile as he shares his day with his new friends.
