In the past children were given one way to learn. They learned by rote, and there was very little room for creativity. We now appreciate that children do not all learn in the same way. There are many ways to teach children, and we can use all kinds of tools to help them learn how to read, write, become familiar with numbers, and think critically.
A perfect example of just such a tool is this activity book. The creators of this title help children learn their ABCs by giving them four activity pages to complete for every letter of the alphabet. Some of the activities involve using the stickers that can be found at the back of the book. Others include coloring things in, completing drawings, tracing letters, spotting the differences between two images, solving maze puzzles and so much more.
There are hours of fun to be had between the covers of this book, and many of the activities offer adults the opportunity to explore ideas and concepts with their children.
