The zoo is full of animals of all kinds; there are animals with flippers, animals with long necks, and animals with trunks. We begin our bookish tour of the zoo in an enclosure where we see one yellow foot, and two black flippers. Who do the foot and the flippers belong to? Of course, they belong to pair of penguins who are playing with a ball on the ice.
Next we see one neck - a long one - and two faces. Does this animal have two heads? Of course not! See, here are two giraffes, and each of them has a long neck and a head.
In this simple board book, children will meet three kinds of animals, and there are four pages to fold out and explore. Youngsters will enjoy getting to know the animals while practicing their counting at the same time.
