  Babymouse is in trouble. She is doing very badly in math. In fact, she got an F minus on her last math quiz. Babymouse’s teacher decides to send Babymouse to join the school’s mathlete team, the Fighting Fractions. Babymouse is appalled. She has to miss lunch to spend time in a room with a bunch of math geniuses. What could be worse?

  What Babymouse soon discovers is that the math geniuses are a pretty nice group of kids. Okay, so perhaps their math skills are a little terrifying, but they are not all that different from Babymouse. More than anything, the team members want to win the next math olympics. They have not won the golden slide rule for many years because the Olwgorithms keep on winning. Babymouse knows that she will not exactly be an asset to the team and she feel bad about this. What can she do to avoid letting everyone down?
