Anyone who has a daddy knows that daddies can make one’s life a lot happier. They support and encourage their children, making them feel loved and safe. This simple yet meaningful board book looks at just some of the things that fathers do for their children.
On each spread we meet an animal father who is going something to help his son or daughter. The animals used in the story have been carefully chosen to add a touch of humor to the narrative. For example, we see a giraffe father who can “reach way up high,” and an owl dad who is “never scared of the dark.” Not surprisingly, a dog daddy is good at finding a lost toy, and a seal daddy is great at thinking up “the best games.”
Children are going to enjoy meeting the animal children and their fathers in this sweet and heartwarming celebration of fathers.
