Many little children are fascinated by farm animals. They happily moo like a cow or oink like a pig as they play with farm animal figurines. They work hard to create barns out of boxes for their animals to live in, and collect grass from yards for the animals to eat.
In this book children will meet many of their favorite farm animals including pigs, sheep, ducks, cows, and chickens. The book has pages, as all books do, but they are arranged in a unique way to give children a special book experience.
A picture on the front of the book shows a wonderful animal-packed scene. If you want to find out more about one of the animals you just lift its individual page to reveal more photos of that animal that are accompanied by pieces of text. You can pick and choose which page you want to lift and don’t have to read the book from front to back if you don’t want to. You can start at the back, or in the middle.
The photos on the pages are beautiful full color images, and on each spread we learn interesting facts about the featured animal. In almost every case we learn what the baby animal is called.
