Mama JoJo is a ring-tailed lemur and she lives in the jungle with Baby Jazzy, her mischievous infant. Right now Mama JoJo and Jazzy are playing hide-and-seek and since the jungle is full of hiding places she might need a little help. Mama JoJo asks “Where are you, Baby Jazzy?” Under the flowers Anteater says, “Not here,” and up in the trees Snake and Hummingbird say “Not here. Down on the ground Lizard says, “Not here” too. Leopard suggests that Mama JoJo should try looking “by the tum tum trees,” which is what she does.

The tum tum trees grow together closely and there are flowers, shrubs, and vines everywhere. Once again Mama Jojo calls out, “Where are you Baby Jazzy?” Just like before a number of animals reply, but none of the animals is the hiding baby lemur.

On every spread of this jungle-filled book readers will find layers of pages to open and explore. Children will be able to look behind trees and shrubs as they search for Baby Jazzy. They will encounter all kinds of animals, big and small. Finally, all the animals come together to help Mama JoJo in her quest.
